Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. She had not yet had children, and didn’t want to wait until whenever that time came to lift and reduce the size of her breasts.
A breast reduction removed a pound from each breast, and liposuction dramatically debulked the volume of her bra rolls and armpit fullness. After surgery, she took a month off work and waited three months before a tropical vacation.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are continuing to fade, and she has a stable, round, more perky breast shape.
