Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She had been bothered by her long labia minora since they grew rapidly during puberty, and now that she had graduated college and had a well-paying job, she could afford to plan for labiaplasty surgery.
This procedure is performed awake in the office operating room, under local anesthesia and the calming influence of an oral anti-anxiety medication and inhaled laughing gas.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery, with a natural appearance that is not obvious to others but greatly improved this patient’s quality of life!
