Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 46-year-old woman. The large size and weight of her pendulous breasts prevented her from easily being able to exercise and be physically active, which in turn predisposed her to weight gain.
A breast reduction removed over two and a half pounds of excess tissue from each breast, reshaping and lifting her breasts using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with maturing scars and a proportional, natural looking result.
