Before and after labiaplasty in a 21-year-old woman. Her long labia minora created discomfort when she wore certain pants and exercised. She wanted to keep a normal appearance to her vagina – which is what we do!
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but kept a normal rim of pink, smooth labia tissue, as shown in the surgical markings. Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery.
