Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 37-year-old woman.  She previously had a breast augmentation and had developed significant droop of her breasts after breastfeeding.  Successfully nursing her baby is not a problem getting breast implants – thanks to the incision being hidden in the breast fold, which does not disrupt the milk duct connection from the breast to the nipple.

She wanted to keep an implant but wanted her breasts to be perkier.  Her revision involved an implant exchange and mastopexy, which lifted her nipples and areolas higher up on her breasts and removed unnecessary lower pole baggy skin.  Liposuction removed excess fat in her armpit regions.

Long-term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery, with mature scars and a lasting perky result.  She is considering having additional children, and is happy to know that she should still be able to breastfeed without difficult even after having the breast lift.  This is because the incisions around her areolas are literally only skin-deep, and have not transected any milk ducts.
