Before and after bilateral nipple and areola reconstruction in a 61-year-old breast cancer survivor. She was a year postoperative from bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction and was ready for her second and final reconstruction stage.

Nipple prominences were created using the three-pronged modified star local flap technique. Six months after that, medical tattoo was used to add pigment to the nipple reconstructions and to create an areolar circle.

Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
