46-year-old woman with left breast cancer who had positive margins after two lumpectomies. A nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstruction was performed on the left, with a right-sided balancing breast lift. She received radiation therapy to the left breast after surgery. Follow up photos at one year after surgery show good breast symmetry of her left implant to her right natural breast.
