29-year-old woman with significant breast droop from weight loss and genetics. A breast lift (mastopexy) reshaped her breasts and created the effect of wearing a bra by surgery. Her breast tissue was rearranged, her nipples and areolas lifted and her areola size made smaller. Postoperative images at a year after her procedure are shown with mature scars.
