38-year-old personal trainer with breast asymmetry and a mildly tubular left breast who wished to have fuller and more proportional breasts to her frame. Silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle provided more fullness to the breasts but maintained her body image and provided a natural outcome with better symmetry. The left inframammary breast fold was lowered to match the right side, creating a better position of the left nipple and areolar complex.
