Before and after a bilateral medial (inner) thigh lift in a 31 year old man. He had previously lost over 85 pounds after gastric bypass surgery.

He had recovered from an abdominoplasty and chest contouring surgery (ultrasonic assisted liposuction and male breast reduction). He was now ready to tackle his inner thighs, which caused him significant distress and made him self-conscious.

A medial thigh lift removed a large crescent of skin and fat from his inner thighs, extending from the front of his thighs all the way around to the back. His actual specimens are shown as the very last image!

Following surgery, he wore inner thigh compression (biking shorts) for three months. He resumed exercise at six weeks after surgery. Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. He is now comfortable wearing tennis shorts and he no longer feels “like a massive weight loss patient”.
