Before and after liposuction of the posterior flanks, back, bra roll and inner and outer thighs in a 49 year old woman. Together with a tummy tuck, she wanted to remove stubborn fat from these parts of her body that persisted despite working out hard and eating clean for over a year.

Nearly 5 liters of fat were removed using several 2-3 mm incisions hidden in natural creases. She went home the same day and took three weeks off work, logging on to work from home after that and wearing compression garments for 6 weeks under her clothes.

Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is still swollen in several areas but is delighted with her early results!
