Before and after liposuction of the inner and outer thighs and inner knees in a 62-year-old woman. She had realistic expectations for her surgery – she wasn’t looking to start a new career as a supermodel; instead, she was sick of her inner thighs rubbing together and her leggings fitting so snugly at her knees.
Liposuction removed over 2 liters of excess fat. After surgery, she wore a lower body compression garment for six weeks and resumed exercise when her bruises resolved – at three weeks.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She is very pleased with her results!
