Before and after labiaplasty in a 28 year old woman. She disliked her inner lips (labia minora) peeking out from the outer lips when she was undressed. She had some discomfort while spinning and during sexual intercourse.
A labiaplasty trimmed her excess labia minora tissue but kept a normal and natural appearing outer vagina. Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery.
