Before and after labiaplasty in a 25 year old woman. Her labia minora had always been a little long; after her pregnancy a couple of years ago, they seemed to elongate and become even more cumbersome.
Excess labia minora tissue was removed as an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia. Postoperatively, she took a week off work and resumed normal activities gradually by one month.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. She no longer thinks about her labia, in any situation!
