Before and after labiaplasty in a 27 year old woman. She had been thinking about a labiaplasty for years, and after finishing a marathon, she was finally ready for a break from running (and relief of the discomfort she felt from her extra labia tissue).
A labiaplasty used the “trim method” to remove excess labia minora from her vaginal area. Follow up photos are shown a month after surgery.
