Before and after labiaplasty in a 50-year-old woman. She had excess folds of labia minora tissue that caused her to be “always adjusting” and made riding her Peloton uncomfortable. She wanted to still look normal and natural but to have relief of her symptoms of discomfort and itching.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia tissue in the office, under local anesthesia and an oral anti-anxiety medication. Postoperative photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She is very happy with her decision to have surgery and she feels very comfortable down there!
