58-year-old woman who lost a significant amount of weight after gastric bypass surgery. Her post-weight loss body contouring procedure included a standard abdominoplasty and liposuction contouring. Note her vertical abdominal scar was completely removed in her tummy tuck procedure, which re-draped excess upper abdominal skin downward to successfully recontour her tummy. Normal postoperative swelling at 2 months after surgery is visible.
