46-year-old woman who wished to improve her abdominal contour after significant weight loss. A vertical abdominoplasty was performed with rectus fascial plication. Liposuction was used to contour her abdomen, pubic region and flanks. Follow up images at 5 months after surgery show a flatter tummy and more defined waistline that enabled her to celebrate her new body and healthier lifestyle.
