Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 49-year-old woman. At the same time as a tummy tuck and liposuction of the body, she wanted to regain her former breast fullness and have a subtle breast lift, while looking natural and age-appropriate. Her number one priority was to be true to “like the gorgeous curvy Black woman” that she already was!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. A breast lift raised the position of her nipples on the breasts and removed excess lower pole baggy breast skin. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.

After surgery, she took a full month off work and waited six weeks before resuming exercise. Long-term follow up photos are shown 6 years after surgery, with mature scars and a natural, beautiful contour to her breasts. Despite menopause-related body changes, she still has a stable and aesthetic surgical outcome!
