Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 57 year old breast cancer survivor.  She previously had a left TRAM flap with a small saline breast implant and a balancing saline implant on her right side.  She had asymmetry of her breast size and shape, bottoming out of her left reconstruction, and fading of her past areola reconstructions.

Both implants were changed from saline to the newest smooth round silicone gel implants.  Her left inframammary fold was reconstructed, and excess fat was removed from her axillary rolls region.  Free fat graft was added to her left upper chest wall region to fill a minor hollow left after her mastectomy.

Medical tattoo brightened up her nipples and areolas and completed the reconstruction.  Follow up photos are shown at 7 weeks after surgery.
