Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 52-year-old woman.  Her breasts were heavy and hanging, causing chronic strain on her shoulders, neck and upper back.  She wanted to reduction but to remain proportional to the rest of her body and to have her breasts lifted.

Over a pound of breast tissue was removed from each breast, and the remaining breast tissue was reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique.  Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.

After surgery, she took a full month off work and resumed full exercise at six weeks postoperatively.

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.  She is still applying scar gel and already has found playing tennis and jogging easier!
