Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 20-year-old woman.  Her breasts were long and pendulous with her nipples pointing to the floor, causing her to feel heavier than she was in reality and limiting her participation in sports.

A breast reduction was performed to reduce the size of her breasts.  The “auto-augmentation” method of lifting and reshaping the breasts moved her tissue up higher on her chest wall and created a more round and youthful breast shape.

Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.  Follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery, with mature scars and a durable result, despite some weight gain at college.  She is relieved to know that future breastfeeding should indeed be possible for her, whenever that time comes!
