Before and after left-sided labiaplasty in a 32-year-old woman. She needed to “tuck herself in” to underwear and swimsuits, and felt discomfort during exercise and sex.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora on the left side only. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
