Before and after labiaplasty in a 47-year-old woman. she experienced discomfort standing on her feet at work all day on a warm environment and felt self-conscious in intimate settings due to her long labia minora.

A labiaplasty trimmed only the excess length of her labia minora but left a normal amount behind so that she would not look “surgical.” Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
