Before and after gynecomastia correction in a 29 year old man. Ultrasound- assisted liposuction (UAL) permanently removed stubborn chest fat and breast tissue that persisted despite weight loss and conversion to a healthy lifestyle. Fat in his upper back (which would be the bra roll area in a woman) was also removed during surgery.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months following his procedure. After surgery, He has an improved chest contour and feels much more confident and comfortable in his skin. He still has residual swelling that will take up to a full year to resolve. He is happy with his early results and can’t wait for the final outcome!
He gained the confidence to ask his long-term girlfriend to marry him after this surgery – hence we called his procedure a “Groom Makeover”!
