It isn’t she a doll! My beautiful patient and amazing assistant, Autumn, came to me wanting a more “snatched jawline.” So this is a combination treatment and it is only 1 week out. Pay attention to the tear troughs in the before picture and the after. The tear trough are less noticeable and her face is more “V-shaped”, this is due to well placed Botox for a “Nefertiti Lift”. This helps with both the jawline and allowing the apple of the cheek to lift higher, so her midface appears more lifted and the tear trough shortens. No filler just Botox.

On the side profile you can see the jawline is more defined, under the chin is more taught from both Botox and the XERF under the chin. Look agin at the height of the cheek, it is elevated — that’s Botox.

So in the next 4 weeks the XERF tighten of the submental region (“under the chin”) will continue and get tighter.
That’s the beauty of a combination treatment, two small treatments can make a lovely change.
