Liposuction Gallery

Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 39-year-old woman. She disliked the excess fat under her chin, in the submental region and was elated that it could be removed in a simple outpatient procedure under local anesthesia.

Liposuction removed 125 cc (half a cup) of fat through two tiny incisions hidden under her jawline. After surgery, she wore a compressive chin strap until the bruising had completely resolved (three weeks).

Long-term follow up photos are shown over 5 years after surgery, with durable results and an improved jawline contour.
