Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 40-year-old man. Together with liposuction of his chest, abdomen and flanks (love handles), he wanted to achieve a more defined jawline and get rid of the “baby fat” under his chin.

Liposuction of the neck permanently removed fat through two tiny incisions hidden under his jawline. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. His profile is already drastically improved, simply by removing a little fat from the submental region!
