Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 45-year-old woman. She wanted more definition to her jawline but not to have major surgery with its associated scars and downtime.

Liposuction removed fat from under her chin under local anesthesia. After surgery, she wore a compressive strap around her chin for two weeks.

Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She no longer looks at her chin and neck first when taking photos!
