43-year-old woman with obesity and symptomatic hypermastia. Prior to surgery, she achieved a healthier weight and was cleared medically for surgery. A breast reduction created smaller breasts and facilitated more physical activity, greater physical fitness and additional weight loss. Postoperative images are shown at 6 weeks after surgery with normal dark incisions at this early stage of healing.
