53-year-old woman with a history of bilateral breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies, chemotherapy and radiation. Bilateral DIEP flaps reconstructed her breasts and recreated symmetry and balance. She happily gave away her external prostheses that were cumbersome to wear while working as a flight attendant. Postoperative images after her nipples and areolas have been reconstructed as a second outpatient procedure are shown.
