46-year-old fitness instructor with bilateral atypical ductal and lobular hyperplasia. She wished to reduce her risk of breast cancer after many false-positives on routine screening and stressful MRI-guided breast biopsies. She underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions together with a breast lift. She achieved her goals of a youthful breast reconstruction and fuller result, and returned to teaching fitness classes within 2 months of surgery.
