50-year-old two-time breast cancer survivor who underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions. Her right previously radiated breast was not a contraindication to reconstruction. Her goals of fuller breasts and symmetry were achieved successfully. Follow up photos at 3 years after surgery are shown.
