45-year-old woman with a history of past breast reduction 20 years previously and recurrence of hypermastia. A repeat breast reduction corrected her hypermastia and created lifted and slightly smaller breasts that were a better fit for her body image. No new incisions were made, and all scars were improved in her revision breast reduction procedure. Follow up images are shown at 2 months after surgery.
