38-year-old woman with two children and some common consequences of weight gain and pregnancy such as excess tummy skin, abdominal overhang and lipodystrophy (excess fat) in her mid-section and around to her back. A Mommy Makeover recontoured her belly and flanks and by way of a tummy tuck and liposuction. Post-procedure photographs are taken at 3 months after surgery to show normal postoperative swelling at this stage and dark incisions that take up to a year to lighten, flatten and fade.
