36-year-old mother of twins with an abdominal hernia, bulge and rectus diastasis that caused her to still look pregnant despite her children being 7 years old! An abdominoplasty with repair of her rectus abdominis muscles back together in the midline and repair of her hernia created a smoother, flatter abdominal contour similar to her pre-pregnancy form. Very early results are shown at 3 weeks after surgery.
