51-year-old woman with abdominal overhang of skin and fat, loss of muscle tone and extra fat in her waist, hips and flank region. An abdominoplasty contoured her abdomen, repaired her rectus abdominis muscles in the midline, and liposuction of the abdomen, hips, pubic area and flanks further shaped her mid-section. Follow-up images at 9 months after her procedure show nearly mature scars, a more defined waist and flatter abdominal contour.
