30-year-old mother with post-pregnancy changes to her abdomen including stretch marks, loss of tone, extra skin and fat. Her Mommy Makeover targeted her abdominal region. An abdominoplasty with rectus plication restored her abdominal contour to a firmer, flatter state. Repair of the rectus abdominis muscles in the midline created a more toned abdominal wall. She returned to wearing bikinis and became more motivated to stay physically active as a result of her improved body image.
