Before and after breast augmentation in a 26 year old woman with mildly tubular breasts. She wished to be fuller and more proportional to her frame. Smooth, round silicone gel implants were placed in the subglandular plane. Follow up images are shown at 3 weeks after surgery.

Because implants are not placed under the muscle, there is very little swelling and no need for implants to “drop” or “fluff”! She has been given permission to resume all her regular physical activities.
