Before and after labiaplasty in a 27 year old woman.  She did not like the excess labia minora tissue that protruded downwards when she stood up and which got caught against her thigh when she exercised.  She wanted to have a prettier look to this area of her body.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue and a small amount of extra skin in her clitoral hood region.  Follow up photos are shown just 6 weeks after surgery.

She resumed exercise at 3 weeks and has become sexually active again without her previous self-consciousness or physical discomfort.
