Before and after labiaplasty in a 25 year old woman. She experienced pain with intercourse and would never wear tight yoga pants or white bikini bottoms.

A labiaplasty trimmed redundant labia minora tissue. The trim technique best fits the complaint that most of my patients have – they are annoyed by the long, lower-hanging dark labia minora tissue that has a firmer and irregular texture and gets stuck to their leg when running or riding a spinning bike and that protrudes downward when they stand up.

Early follow up photos are shown at one month after surgery. She is much more comfortable and began exercising recently. The firm areas of swelling will continue to subside over the next two months. She is very happy she chose to have this procedure and she already feels more confident in intimate situations.
