Before and after labiaplasty in a 38 year old woman.  She disliked her extra low-hanging flaps of labia minora tissue and just wanted “to wear a white bikini!”

A labiaplasty trimmed this excess tissue and reshaped her labia minora to be shorter and to remain tucked up neatly within her labia majora when she was standing up, running, AND wearing bikini bottoms!
