Tubular Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after breast augmentation using smooth round silicone gel implants in the subglandular position. Note the preoperative breast shape is slightly tubular. The folds under the breasts have been lowered, and a more natural breast shape is created. The side view shows this especially. Also note that pre-existing asymmetry of nipples is evident after surgery, with the left nipple and areola sitting slightly higher. This was discussed with the patient preoperatively, and a small lift of the right areola to match the left was offered, but it did not bother the patient – so we left this alone!
