58-year-old mother of three (and grandmother of two!) with a history of a past breast reduction and loss of breast volume with age. She noted loss of her abdominal muscle tone and excess fat in her middle region. Her Mommy Makeover included insertion of silicone gel breast implants to recreate her prior breast fullness, an abdominoplasty to repair her rectus abdominis muscles back to the midline and redrape her redundant abdominal wall skin and fat, and liposuction to further contour her waist and flanks.
