Mastopexy Augmentation Gallery

Before and after a mastopexy and augmentation as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 38 year old mother. Follow up images are shown at 2 years after a combined breast augmentation and lift.

Breast volume that was lost after pregnancy and breast feeding was restored with silicone gel breast implants placed in a subglandular position. A mastopexy lifted and reduced the diameter of her areolas and gave her breast a more youthful and perky shape.

She now has the look that her bra gave her before surgery – without having to wear her bra. That is the ideal result of a mastopexy-augmentation procedure!
