Mastopexy Augmentation Gallery

Before and after mastopexy in a 56 year old woman with droop and breast asymmetry. She was happy with her breast volume but wanted her breasts to assume the position they had while wearing a bra. Follow up photos are shown at 3 months postoperatively with greater symmetry of breast size and shape.
