Immediate Implant Reconstruction Gallery

53-year-old woman who was a left breast cancer survivor and an ovarian cancer survivor. Following a left lumpectomy and radiation, she tested positive for the BRCA gene. She chose to have bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions. A breast lift was performed at the time that her adjustable saline implants were exchanged for silicone gel implants, successfully removing her unsightly lumpectomy scar. Follow up photos at 6 months after surgery are shown.
