Diep Siea Flap Reconstruction Gallery

65-year-old woman with right breast cancer who completed chemotherapy after a right large lumpectomy and radiation. She chose to have a completion mastectomy on the right with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. A left breast reduction was performed at the same time to create a smaller and lifted left breast and better symmetry to her breasts overall. Postoperative images at one year after right nipple and areola reconstruction are shown.
