57-year-old woman with recurrent left breast cancer after a past lumpectomy and radiation. She required a non-skin sparing mastectomy with removal of a large amount of skin from her left chest. An immediate breast reconstruction using an SIEA flap achieved good symmetry with her right breast, which she chose to leave alone. Postoperative images after nipple and areola reconstruction show maturing scars and a bright areola tattoo that will gradually fade to match the other side.
