Diep Siea Flap Reconstruction Gallery

43-year-old woman with right breast cancer who required a completion mastectomy for positive margins after a large lumpectomy. A right non-skin sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using the DIEP flap was done together with a left breast lift. Postoperative images at 9 months after her flap when she has started chemotherapy and completed right nipple and areola reconstruction are shown.
