Cosmetic Nipple Surgery Gallery

Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 22 year old woman.  She had always been self-conscious about her inverted nipples and wanted to feel more comfortable in front of others when undressed.  

She was also planning a breast augmentation and was interested to learn that nipple surgery could cause nipple bacteria to be released into the breast, increasing the risk of capsular contracture.  Therefore, her nipple correction surgery was planned one month ahead of her breast augmentation to allow for healing before inserting a breast implant.  

Her inverted nipples were corrected under local anesthetic as an office procedure.  Early follow up photos are shown two weeks after surgery, with residual bruising but two nice protruding nipples!
